Two Storey Home Design
This custom-designed two-storey residence offers a thoughtful balance of comfort, functionality, and accessibility. The concept and layout were entirely developed by me as part of my residential drafting portfolio, reflecting both creative vision and technical understanding.
The ground floor features an open-plan living area that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces—ideal for modern family living. A dedicated theatre room, private study, and a spacious master bedroom with ensuiteprovide both relaxation and productivity zones.
Upstairs, the design includes three additional bedrooms, a central open space perfect for a retreat or study nook, and access to a private balcony.
Outdoors, the home includes separate garden zone and a dedicated outdoor living area, allowing for both relaxation and landscaping potential.
The design adheres strictly to accessibility standards, ensuring suitability for individuals with disabilities. It also meets all overlooking and overshadowing regulations, maintaining privacy and light for both the occupants and surrounding properties.
